Reviews and Ratings
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was filthy and had a severe damp issue around the window and ceiling. The bedding was dirty and stained, forcing me to sleep on top of the bed fully clothed. The complimentary toiletries were minimal and poorly presented with used shampoo sachets still in the shower. Despite booking a last-minute room, the condition was unacceptable. The service was unprofessional, attempting to overcharge for breakfast on the first day, even though we arrived late, and there was no knowledge of a special offer. The only positive aspect was the convenient location near Norwich city center.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fine, very clean, warm, and with comfy beds. However, I had doubts about the cleanliness of the sheets. The location was not too bad, but sub-standard in some aspects. The dining was good, included in the price, with an awesome breakfast. The service was a bit lacking, with rude and disrespectful behavior observed at times.
My stay at this hotel was a total disaster! The rooms were absolutely disgusting, with so many things broken or missing that I felt like I was in a cell. The bed was uncomfortable and rickety, the shower didn't work, and there was no basic amenities like soap, shampoo, or even a remote for the TV. The lack of proper lighting and Wi-Fi made it a nightmare. On top of that, it was freezing cold all night long.
The hotel is a real nightmare. The rooms were a disaster, with so many things broken or missing. The service was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no manager in sight. The location, although close to the city center, was not safe or well-lit. The dining experience was a complete letdown, especially given the high price for what was offered. Facilities were lacking and did not meet basic standards.
